VISITOR VISA

Visitor Visa is also called a Temporary Resident Visa. Most of the travellers need a visitor visa to travel to Canada. This might be also needed if you are transiting through a Canadian Airport on your way to a final destination.

SUPER VISA

A super visa lets you visit your children or grandchildren for up to 2 years at a time. It is a multi-entry visa that provides multiple entries for a period up to 10 years.

FEDERAL SKILLED WORKERS CLASS

Federal Skilled workers are a class of workers who have SKILLED foreign work experience that may become a permanent resident on the basis of their ability to become economically established in Canada.

FEDERAL SKILLED TRADES CLASS

Federal Skilled Trades Class is prescribed as a class of persons who may become permanent residents on their ability to become economically established in Canada as workers in a skilled trade occupation.

CANADIAN EXPERIENCE CLASS

The Canadian Experience Class is for skilled workers who have Canadian work experience and want to become permanent residents.

INTERNATIONAL EXPERIENCE CANADA (IEC)

IEC provides youth the experience to travel and work in Canada. Take note that only citizens of countries with an agreement with Canada can participate in this program.

LABOUR MARKET IMPACT ASSESSMENT

Most of the businesses in need of temporary foreign workers need to apply for an LMIA. A positive LMIA will show that there is a need for a foreign worker to fill the job.

CHILD AND HOME SUPPORT WORKER (CAREGIVER)

This is a new 5-year pilot program, replacing the old caregiver program, for caregivers who already have an employer and want to work in Canada with their spouse, common-law, or children.

PROVINCIAL NOMINEE PROGRAM

This program is for workers who have skills, experience, and education to contribute to the economy of a specific province in Canada.

WORK IN CANADA

Foreign individuals who want to work in Canada need to apply for a work permit. Work permits can be open, employer-specific, job-specific and many more.
